Annual leases. Real households. A simple way to apply.

We rent homes, townhouses, and condos to people who will live there year round. This page is not a full tenant portal. It is how you start an application or send a maintenance note.

How to apply

  1. 1. Write or call. Tell us which home you saw, or the city and bedrooms you need. Use info@ekstraproperties.com or (561) 909-1010.
  2. 2. Application. We send the application and screening steps. Expect credit, income, rental history, and background. We follow fair housing law.
  3. 3. Association, if any. Condos and townhomes often have their own application and a minimum lease term. That is in addition to ours. You still work with the association. We help you through it.
  4. 4. Lease and keys. If approved, we schedule signing, deposits, and move in.

We do not offer nightly, weekly, or tourist monthly stays. If you are looking for Airbnb style housing, this is not the inventory.

Maintenance request

This form is a placeholder until a full portal is live. Send the address, what is going on, and photos if you have them. For a true emergency (flood, fire, no power, no AC in extreme heat), call (561) 909-1010. After hours, follow the voicemail prompt.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
