Ekstraproperties is owned by a few property investors. We manage homes, townhouses, and condos for individual owners in in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Orlando, Ocoee, Winterpark, Davenport, Tampa and nearby cities.

Hannah is the owner of EkstraProperties. She is considerate, detail-oriented, and treats every property as if it were her own. From the first showing through maintenance, tenant communication, and the small follow-ups that keep a home in good shape.
That standard is the company: careful oversight, clear communication, and pride in how each property looks and runs. Ekstraproperties is rental property management for individual owners.
How we work
Florida rental management
Management agreements are handled under a Florida real estate broker. We do not list a license number on this site and we do not call ourselves a numbered brokerage here.
Straight about scope
Annual leases. No Airbnb. No HOA or CAM management. No claim of a CAM license. Owners still pay their association. If you want us to facilitate the association payment we will do it for you.
